Yoga sculpt - Monday 6:45pm

Taught by Lindsey - All Levels/Challenge

This class utilizes weights and bands to strengthen muscles and increase stability, designed to compliment your yoga practice as well as your daily life. You can always expect a warm up and ending with a deep stretch. This class is 45 minutes long.

SLOW FLOW - Monday 5:30pm, SATURDAY 1pm

Taught by Lindsey and Perry - All Levels

This class is taught to the level of the students that attend. We take things slow, focusing on control and stability by holding poses longer and being mindful about our movement. After this we will do some deep stretching before ending with savasana.

STRENGTH & CARDIO - Tuesday 4:30pm, MONDAY & Friday 8:30am

Taught by Lindsey - Challenge

HIIT, or High Intensity Interval Training, is a form of exercise that includes cardio, strength, and mobility. In this class Lindsey will create a series of exercises, we move through each exercise for 30-45 minutes, 1 minute of activity and 1 minute of rest before the next exercise. You can expect to get sweaty, hear some fun tunes, and laugh together in this high energy class. (note that this is NOT a yoga class, but you are able to use regular yoga class passes.)

Gentle Flow & Restore - Tuesday 5:30pm

Taught by Andie - All Levels/Gentle

This class combines 35 minutes of breath-led movement with 25 minutes of grounding, meditative postures. This pairing of mindful movement and clarifying stillness will leave your body centered and your mind clear. All levels of welcome!

Taught by Dani - All Levels

In this class we focus on slow and controlled movement. Great for those new to yoga as well as yoga veterans. You will find ease and challenge with modifications for all bodies. Feel strong in your body!

Hatha Vinyasa - Wednesday 5:30pm

Creative Power Yoga - Thursday 5:30pm

Taught by D - Intermediate

This class is not your typical “Power Flow” class. Danielle uses creative sequencing instead of vinyasa flow to not only build strength and mobility, but work your brain! You can expect to sweat, get grounded, and feel cared for in this class.

QiFlow - Friday 4:30pm

Taught by Morai - All levels

Join Morai to unwind from the week, and enjoy a free-flowing vinyasa yoga suited for all experience and comfort levels. Pranayama will be followed by a slow, flowing sequence of meaningful movements, all guided by breath and a light heart. Elements of Hatha, Tai Chi, vinyasa flow, and Kriya are often incorporated in Morai's classes. ⁠

Power Flow - Saturday 9:30am

Taught by Lindsey - All Levels/Challenge

While the class is taught to the level of the students that attend, you can always expect to warm up the body and get the blood flowing with some vinyasa flow, pilates inspired movements, as well as a focus on range of movement, stability, and flexibility. Lindsey always includes some play time to try the “cool” yoga poses!

Gentle Yoga - Saturday 11am

Taught by Lindsey - All levels/Gentle

In this class we slow things down and focus on increasing our range of motion, stability, and ease. Great for all levels, and especially good for those struggling with hip, shoulder, and neck pain. If you are very new to yoga, this is a great class to start with. There is no vinyasa flow in this class and the majority of the class is seated or lying down.

FREE Community Yoga - Every Other Sunday 10am

Taught by Beka - All Levels

In this free community class, you can expect Beka to lead you through a gentle and intentional vinyasa flow. Moving with breath, Beka will encourage you to listen your your body and tap into what YOU need. This class is held every other Sunday, join us for “yoga church”!

Candlelit Restorative Yoga + Massage - Monthly

Taught by Lindsey - All levels/Gentle

This 1.5 Hour long event is not your typical restorative yoga class. In this experience, you’ll be lead through a series of gentle poses supported by props. All poses are lying on the ground, held for 5-10 minutes each, while Lindsey moves around to each person, giving them gentle massage of different areas of the body in each pose. Your nervous system will thank you for this respite!

Generally Included - Hot/cold towels, chocolate, tea, candlelight, poetry, soothing music, massage, and community time after class.

This class is longer, limited to 5 people, and requires more expertise from the teacher, so we offer this at $32 or 2 class passes.
