Policies

To ensure your spot in class and respect the time of our instructors, we ask that you sign up for class online more than an hour before class start time.

If you don't sign up there is a risk that either there will not be room for you in the class or the instructor wont arrive if there are no sign ups.

When booking a massage, we have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you must reschedule, we ask that you do it more than 24 hours in advance, otherwise we wont be able to give a refund.
