We love newbies! We recommend taking a gentle or slow class to start with. Some good options:
Monday 5:30pm Slow Flow
Tuesday 5:30pm Gentle Flow & Restore
Wednesday 8am Morning Self Love
Saturday 11am Gentle Yoga
We also regularly hold ‘Intro to Yoga’ series classes that meet weekly for one month, to help give a wide overview of yogic terms and movements.

Yes! If you’re looking for a different style of class that has more focus on fitness, we hold Strength & Cardio classes with Lindsey multiple times per week.

For Yoga, we ask that you cancel your attendance at least 1 hour before class start time to respect your teachers time. You are able to do this on your own via Momence/our online booking system, or by texting the business phone number 828-549-8616
For Massage, we ask that you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. If you don’t do this your deposit will be forfeit. You can do this via the online booking system or texting the business number 828-549-8616.

Great question! At Evenstar, we’ve set our rates so that gratuity is already included (along with add-ons.)

Of course! When you sign up for class online, you can choose the “Pay Later” option. This way you can purchase your pack or drop in class in cash at the studio. Please make sure to have exact change though! We do not keep cash on hand at the studio for everyone’s safety.

Absolutely! We offer private in-studio classes for individuals or groups as well as off-site classes. You can inquire about availability and pricing via phone or email.

At Evenstar, we’re more about creating friendship and community than anything else.
Every month we offer at least one community event that anyone is welcome to attend, whether you come to the studio for classes/massage or not.
This usually looks like a potluck style gathering where everyone brings a dish/drink to share and we just hangout for a few hours.
