Yoga Teacher - 230 Hr RYT
Currently on sabbatical
Pamela’s journey with yoga began to combat side effects from an autoimmune disorder in her twenties. After noticing great benefits and with a background of kinesiology, she decided to pursue her 230hr Vinyasa Yoga Teacher certification. Throughout the last decade, she’s continued to expand her learning through certifications in Restorative Yoga, Gentle Yoga, Meditation and Trauma-Conscious training. It wasn’t until she stumbled into her first Ashtanga Mysore class with Taylor Hunt that she really found out how transformative yoga can be. Through the Ashtanga method, she’s been challenged and changed and hopes to help others discover the same benefits. Her goal is to help others learn yoga no matter where they are in their journey. She's attended workshops with Rachel Brathen, Kino MacGregor, Tim Feldmann, Taylor Hunt and Kerri Verna. When she's not practicing yoga, she enjoys spending time with family, traveling, photography and reading.

Teaches 8am Morning Self Love on Wednesdays
Tammy began practicing yoga more than 25years ago to help her arthritis.
She quickly realized that the pain in her body was intimately connected to the pain in her mind. As the blessing of yoga healed her on many levels, she was called to share her practice as a trained yoga instructor.
Originally from Union Grove, NC Tammy has been in Asheville for 27 years. She received 100 hrs teacher training in India with The Wild Temple in 2018, 200 hrs. teacher training from The Yoga Bridge in Asheville in 2019, and 200 hrs. teacher training with The Wild Temple in Asheville 2023.
Her practice focuses on moving stagnant energy, strengthening the body, and calming an overly-reactive, “fight-flight-freeze,” sympathetic nervous system. She includes: A loving process with tapping to move “stuck” energy, Breath-work, and a Protection visualization.
Her holistic approach as a Family Herbalist, Flower Essence Practitioner, and Farmer shows a deep respect for natural health and the interconnectedness of the body, mind, spirit and environment. It's clear that her work isn’t just about teaching yoga, but about fostering a nurturing relationship with nature and helping others find balance and healing in all aspects of their lives.

Teaches QiFlow Fridays @ 4:30pm
With an extensive background in multiple yoga and movement modalities, including Iyengar, Power Yoga, Hatha, Pilates, Tai Chi and high intensity weight training, Morai brings experience and expertise to her guidance. She received her RYT200 from Jaya Yoga in 2019 and earned her SAYF (Sustainable Asana Yoga Foundation) certification in 2020. Through her time teaching, studying, and sculpting her personal yoga path, she's found a blended teaching style focused on the student discovering their own unique way to a fun, safe, and sacred practice. She believes yoga is just that, a PRACTICE. It's an opportunity to show up, respect what's different today--different in this moment--and find joy and gratitude for our breath and beating hearts. Yoga is a place to challenge ourselves to go further... and learn when to do less.
Morai's philosophy is simple: when we take time to grow the ability to SENSE how our bodies move and breathe, we learn how to protect ourselves from injury and grow stronger. By practicing yoga in a slow and deliberate way we take what could be perceived as a purely calisthenic exercise and create a sacred, meaningful, practice.
